Caramel Moose Munch Fancy Popcorn.

Method

    1. Pop 3/4 cup unpopped popcorn, take out kernels add 1 cup of pecans, 1 cup almonds and 1 cup of peanuts.
    2. In a sauce pan mix:
    3. 2 cups packed brown sugar
    4. 1/2 cup light Caro syrup
    5. 1 cup butter
    6. melt on medium heat, bring to boil for five minutes. Take off heat and add:
    7. 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
    8. 1 teaspoon salt
    9. 1 teaspoon vanilla
    10. mix, then pour over popcorn in a large bowl and mix until coated. Separate into two pans and put in a 200° oven bake for one hour stirring every 15 minutes after baked split into thirds pour one bar of melted white chocolate and one bar melted milk chocolate, leave the other plain caramel. Allow to cool and then mix all together.
