White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies

Method

  1. Cream margarine and sugar, add the beaten eggs and vanilla.
  2. Then stir in the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  3. When it is mixed together well, add white chips and macadamia nuts.
  4. Chill the dough for about 30 minutes.
  5. Roll into 40mm balls.
  6. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 180 degrees for about 8 to 10 minutes. DO NOT OVERBAKE!

Ingredients

1 cup margarine, softened.
1 cup brown sugar.
½ cup sugar.
2 eggs, beaten.
3 cups flour.
1 teaspoon baking powder.
1 teaspoon baking soda.
1 teaspoon vanilla.
¼ teaspoon salt.
1 ½ cup of white chocolate chips.
1 ½ cup macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped.
