White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies
Method
- Cream margarine and sugar, add the beaten eggs and vanilla.
- Then stir in the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- When it is mixed together well, add white chips and macadamia nuts.
- Chill the dough for about 30 minutes.
- Roll into 40mm balls.
- Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 180 degrees for about 8 to 10 minutes. DO NOT OVERBAKE!
Ingredients
1 cup margarine, softened.
1 cup brown sugar.
½ cup sugar.
2 eggs, beaten.
3 cups flour.
1 teaspoon baking powder.
1 teaspoon baking soda.
1 teaspoon vanilla.
¼ teaspoon salt.
1 ½ cup of white chocolate chips.
1 ½ cup macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped.
