Spinach Salad with Pecans, Dried Cranberries, Avocado, Feta & Oranges.


  1. In a cup whisk the olive oil and lemon juice with a fork to make a dressing.
  2.  In a large bowl, add baby spinach leaves, dried cranberries, orange segments, avocado chunks, feta cheese. candied pecans or plan pecans and dressing. Mix until combined.


  1. 1 bag (8 oz) of baby spinach leaves
  2. 1 can of oranges segments, drained
  3. 1 avocado chopped
  4. 1/2 cup candied pecans or plan pecans
  5. 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  6. 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  7. 2 tbsp olive oil
  8. 2 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
