5 Ingredient Banana Pistachio Coconut Smoothie.

Method.

  • Add all ingredients into a blender, blend on high until smooth and well blended and no nut or coconut pieces remain about 1 minute. Pour into a glass and enjoy

Notes

If using fresh banana add in 1/2 cup of ice.
If you want the smoothie super smooth, you could blend the pistachios and coconut flakes on high, creating almost a powder, before adding the other ingredients and blending again.

  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 2/3 cup milk of choice
  • 2 tablespoons shelled pistachios
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flakes
  • 1 tablespoon honey, optional
