1/4 Cup Olive Oil.

2 Medium Onions.

3 Stalks of Celery with Leaves, Chopped.

6 Cloves Garlic, Crushed.

2 tsp Fresh Ginger, Grated.

175g Bestnut Dried Apricots.

25g Bestnut Almond Ground.

25g Bestnut Almonds Sliced.

1 tbsp Ground Cumin.

1 tbsp Ground Cinnamon.

2 tbsps Ground Coriander.

3 chillies deseed.

A Handful of Fresh Oregano and Rosemary.

1 tbsp Tomato Paste.

1 Tin Tomatoes.

3 Cups Beef Stock. (Cubes Are Also Ok To Use).

1 Cup White Wine.

1 Tspn Sugar.

1 Large Handful of French beans.

1 Cup Kalamata Olives.

1 Tin Chick Peas (optional)
