- Marinate the Chicken:
- In a bowl, combine the chicken pieces with sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, minced ginger, salt, and pepper.
- Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator) for the best flavour.
- Cook the Chicken:
- Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated chicken to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and lightly browned.
