Method

🍫 Chocolate Almond Protein Pudding – Rich & Indulgent

Ingredients:

  • ½ scoop chocolate protein powder (10 g)
  • 100 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp chia seeds (for thickening)
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp almond butter (optional)

Instructions:
1️⃣ Blend all ingredients until smooth.
2️⃣ Pour into a bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
3️⃣ Top with crushed almonds or a drizzle of almond butter.


🍦 Vanilla Greek Yoghurt Protein Pudding – Creamy & Satisfying

Ingredients:

  • 50 g plain Greek yoghurt
  • ½ scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

Instructions:
1️⃣ Whisk everything together in a bowl until creamy.
2️⃣ Let it sit for 10 minutes to thicken.
3️⃣ Serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon or crushed nuts.


🍌 Peanut Butter Banana Protein Pudding – Nutty & Energising

Ingredients:

  • ½ small banana (mashed)
  • ½ scoop vanilla or peanut butter protein powder
  • 50 ml almond milk
  • 1 tsp peanut butter
  • ½ tsp flaxseeds (optional)

Instructions:
1️⃣ Mash the banana and mix with protein powder.
2️⃣ Add almond milk and peanut butter, stirring until smooth.
3️⃣ Let it chill for 15 minutes before serving.


🍵 Coconut Matcha Protein Pudding – Refreshing & Antioxidant-Rich

Ingredients:

  • 50 ml coconut milk
  • ½ scoop vanilla protein powder
  • ½ tsp matcha powder
  • ½ tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)

Instructions:
1️⃣ Stir all ingredients together in a bowl.
2️⃣ Refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the chia seeds to thicken the mixture.
3️⃣ Garnish with shredded coconut or a dusting of matcha.
