Homemade Chocolate Nut Bar recipe with Almonds and Pistachios.
Method

Prepare the Nuts
- Toast the almonds and pistachios in a dry pan over medium heat for 3-5 minutes until slightly golden (optional but enhances flavour). Set aside.

Melt the Chocolate
- In a heatproof bowl, melt the dark chocolate with coconut oil over a double boiler (or microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring each time).

Combine Ingredients
- Stir in the vanilla extract, honey (if using), and sea salt.
- Add the almonds and pistachios, mixing well to coat them in the chocolate.

Shape & Set
- Pour the mixture into a lined baking dish or spread onto a parchment-lined tray (about 1 cm thick).
- Smooth it out with a spatula and sprinkle extra nuts or sea salt on top if desired.

Chill & Slice
- Refrigerate for about 1 hour or until firm.
- Once set, cut into bars or break into chunks.
